man i have been having bad foot pain since working longer hours so i went to a foot doctor today. AND DID HE EVER HURT ME......... got a shot in each foot . if you never had them you should all go try it once ..hee hee guess ive got pretty sever plantar fascias what ever that is ....lol but the real pain came at check out, 3hrs later , almost 900 bucks !!! you know how many arrows that is plus 2 more visits already scheduled. oh yea, also getting a $320 pair of insoles thats not included in the bill yet. i thank god i have insurance or might have just had to carve me a couple feet from osage
Ouuch!! is right. I would not let anybody stick a needle in my foot or any place in my body if I can help it. I am a BIG CHICKEN when it comes to needles. I'd rather take the fasciitis pain.
I hope you feel better. Plantar fasciitis can be a real pain.
John, you going to Dr Warren ? The wife had a "bunyon-ectimy" by him. 1 hr in the operating room, outpatient, cost $10 grand (his charge) and the horsepistol bill was 5 grand. With good insurance it still cost us 3 grand out of pocket.

John, you can get fixed.......or drink more. Either way, it costs a lot of money. Unfortunately, Pain and I are old acquaintances. Hope you feel better soon.
yea tim , i think he is kinda high but dont care what it cost as long as he fixes it....lol havent been doing anything but work, come home, and rest my feet. and that aint no fun ! i like shooting bows with some really old farts but im to afraid they might run off and leave me right now
Been there done that. My old job was 12 hour shifts on my feet with lots of overtime. Couldn't hardly walk to the bathroom when I woke up in the mornings. I "enjoyed" the shot in the heel too. When Doc says " This is gonna hurt" Believe him! It did relieve some of the pain though.I had better luck with the extra thick Dr Scholls insoles you get at Wal-Mart then the high dollar prescription insoles. Hope you get to feeling better.
