Well, another year has come and gone. Seems they come and go faster these days. Couple of my presents came in the mail yesterday. Subscriptions to TBM and The Backwoodsman. Nice, the gift that gives all year. Christmas Eve is always slow at work so today I started my new aluminum deer cart. I'm using a single wheelbarrow wheel and tire. Sort of a deer wheelbarrow. I thought the wider two wheeled ones might be a bear to get around in our woods where it's thick. Once I get it welded up ( I just tacked it together, my alum welding stinks, Nelson at work is very good at it and will finish for me) and painted I'll post pics. Dragging that deer last Saturday convinced me I needed one. Friday will find me butchering and it's to rain Saturday and I have a family affair to attend, but Sunday will hopefully find me and the Ol' Coon hunting and working the pup. You boys have a Merry Christmas and New Year. First shoot is around the corner, be good to see you fellers. I have a new side stalker type quiver to show off.

You'll be s-o-r-r-y you made it one wheeled. I have used a cart for two seasons now, and wish I'd done it years ago! Seriously, get an old bicycle and make that thing two wheeled. Just my opinion.
Merry Christmas. I'm already having a good time and I don't have to be back to work till the 5th.
Tim, there was a reason the Roman chariots had two wheels. Of course they were pulled by horses though Try your cart out at the club hauling targets to give it a test run. I can't wait to see your new quiver especially if it dosen't have a Louis Vitton purse attached to it
Steve bring back smoked mullet and I'll buy the crackers
John are you gonna make the first shoot. You can give them squirrels at least a one day break.
Merry Christmas Fellas! I can't wait for the first shoot also, going to be a good time for sure. I think Redtail is definately the one thinking of staying south, you know the winters hurt worse when you get...um... older. LOL! Steve, just make sure Old Jake dog don't get sunburned, I don't want my dogs makin fun of him when he get's back. Merry Christmas to all, Bryan
