I read a couple of posts about this on the leatherwall. Second guy gives a definate area.
I had been hearing about Wild Boar in Ohio for a long time but never had any idea where they might be. I live in Central Ohio. Marysville to be exact. Marysville is in Union County. Accroding to the map I just got, the Wild Boar are in 8 or 9 counties. Two of these counties are adjacent to where I live. Logan County and Champaign County. Are there any Ohio Stickbow shooters out here that might share a chance at a Wild Boar? According to the information that I have, they are considered pests here in this State and they want them eradicated. Never realized there were enough of them to matter? I also always was under the impression that they were in the Southern part of the State only. Evidently there is way more that I don't know about them around here, than what I do. Here's my e-mail if anyone is up on them and willing to share a hunt or direct me to where I can legally hunt for one. rmeadows@urec.net Thanks in advance.
