what day are you guys going? anyone got room for one more? i would love to go just can't afford the gas bill alone...lol. i could even drive if a couple wanted to ride and help on the gas. see ya all soon john f
John. Saturday would be the day. So far the weather looks to be good. In the past when we,ve went we always leave Ronalds house around 5:00 or so. That makes it rough on you boys an hour or so away, but we stop to eat and get down there around 8: or 9:. We start shooting soon after. It's a big spread out course and it takes till about lunch time to shoot the first half. After a good lunch and a walk through the vendors we shoot the second half. We hang around a while and leave around supper time. Stop to eat again and get home around 8:00. It's a long day but well worth it. I'll know wendsday if Ron will go. He has a big SUV that can hold about six or more people. It would be cheaper to all ride down in that. If he's not going we'll think of something. I'll call Billy tonight. DEN
I talked to Billy last night and he said he want's to go also. I'll call Ronald tonight and see if he's able to go. The rain looks like it'll be gone from down there by Sat. Their not supposed to get as much as us, but it'll still be muddy. Looks like good weather for a shoot.
You guys need to bring some mountaneering equipment: spikes, cramp-ons, ropes, etc. The hills in that course are deadly when wet! Be prepared to slide and get muddy. You will have fun! Take pictures.

no not the bronco. we would have to carry a gas can just to make from gas station to gas station...lol. i have a new toyota pick up. maybe not alot of room for the guys in back but not real cramped either. john nail are you coming to my place or meeting me somplace in seymour so we can ride down together? i don't know where dennis lives . i will email you my phone #, should be off work by 3:00 today.
John, I've printed out a map so we don't get lost this time. Billy hasn't said for sure yet. So if he's not going we'll take the Jeep down and there will be room inside for bows and whatnot. John,I suggest you bring your handy osage walkin stick in case the hills are slippery. I'll take both mine along so Cat has one. It looks like a great day to shoot. Went and shot Sunday with Drew, Jerry B and a couple of his buddies along with his grandson. Had a blast sliding around in the mud. Didn't shoot worth a darn!
