18 yards is my maximun range, so I may have to shoot from the Kiddie stake...1/2 inch PVC, sliver of wood, suction cup and electrical connector. I'd hunt Boar with it, but would have to use the "pod"weirdface

Have you done any penetration tests yet? You are using a single bevel edge on that connector, aren't you?

Well, I got the "black Widder" of blowguns in the mail today. a Cold Steel bigbore. Lots better darts for it also. Should cure the problems I had with "premature fallout" (I hate it when that happens!)
