just got my wing today and looks better than i expected. it needs refinished but not all beat up like i was thinking it would be. real nice tip overlays. i think i can refinish the wood ok but how do you do the glass?
John, just lightly sand the whole bow with about 400 grit, maybe finish with 600 grit. The hit it with spray polyurathane.(satin ) All you want to do is smooth and level the original finish. I done a Wing , Grizzly and Kodiak this way and it turned out nice.Use a block under the paper on the flat parts of the bow to keep fro creating low spots
