IBO? What's that? Ain't that where them guys with training wheels shoot ......all serious and stuff?

I went up there a few years ago and shot. It was a lot of fun, but I wasn't in the competition. You shoot well enough to score highly (I did) so if you're a member of IBO, go for it.
