The kid got a good one tonight. Hunted all on his own, called me and told me he had just shot a nice buck with his recurve. Pretty sure of the shot, 10 yards, slightly quartering to him. Good penetration with a homemade cedar arrow and a sharp Zwickey. Saw the exit wound as the buck ran. Waited a couple hours...

I had a wonderful time this past weekend. I shot really well, the targets were set great and everyone was having fun.. BUT, I have got to learn to stay away from that bunch from Austin IN! Bad Influences. I don't wanna mention any names but their initials are MILK, TAYLOR AND BUBBA!!

Harry Elburg is moving and he wants to sell off all his bow building stuff. He has quite a few things left for lam bows and selfbows. He can't make it to the 2 day shoot but if interested you can call him. Tell him I gave his number812-866-5285. He'll let it go cheap and give anyone pointers on building!
