We are gonna have our first workday on Dec. 29th. depending on weather. This will be to get the course ready for the first shoot. Dave said to be there about 10:00 am or so. We'll know for sure about the weather in a few days. Probably meet at Huckelberrys for breakfast. More info later.

Elburg Cherokee Mite

I got an Elburg Cherokee Mite, a Ron LeClair Shrew Classic Hunter, and some Selway quivers at an auction last night. I shot both bows today and I really like them. They are totally different but both are fun to shoot. The Elburg is fast and absolutely dead in the hand at the shot. No vibration at all....

I got one last night with a longbow that a friend made. He recently lost his wife to cancer. It meant a lot to me to get a deer with a bow that he made. The shot was far back.
