Mud bugs


This is what I did tonight.  I had 4 or 5 platefuls of delicious Louisiana crawdaddys.

This was the 33rd Annual Red Barn Crawfish Boil, I have been to 19 of them. 

Don't be surprised if I walk in backwards tomorrow, I ate so many.

OH Yea. They was at least as good as they look. Yummbiggrin

I've had lobster, smoked mullet, yellow bellys, conch fritters, blue crab, chubs, red horse suckers,spiney lobster, buffalo fish, opy crab, triple tail, oysters 17 different ways, crab cakes, gator, snappin turtle,soft shell crab. wahoo, blue gills, flathead, yellow fin, king crab, shark, coho, white perch, gar, steel head, pompano, various trout, boiled fried and scampy shrimp, spanish mackrel, sardines, sushi, canned salmon, and a white castle square fish sammich. Oh and frogs. 

They's all good and some great.wink

Clams, scallops, grouper, mahi, stingray, white grunts, sea trout, school master snapper, lane snapper, mangrove snapper, red snapper, swoard fish, and flounder, halibut. and all manner of creek fish.smile

I remember those, I had a few back in the day. They are probably collectors items now.
