Deer Classic

Those two threads are from last year. Some of the info is the same.

We will have the shootoff about mid day depending on the weather.

After shootoff will be awards, drawings, and a club meeting.

Michell will be there starting about 10:00 am and Tex/Mex will be on the menu. YUM.

Trade blanket will be later in the day and could be moved indoors depending on the weather.

According to the weather experts out of the entire 60 hours or so it might rain about 3.

It's gonna be good.biggrin

We have a fire pit area up there over in the camping area.  We've got lots of downed wood up there but it's mostly pine so if you want to cook on it you may want to bring charcoal. We'll probably gather up wood Friday morning.

Bacon and eggs.  What time are you going to get there Bill?

I just finished installing the kitchen 5 minutes ago.  I'm excited to see what you think about it.

I should be up early. Probably by 7:30 I would think. I can wait until you get there for breakfast. Ozzy might be there for breakfast also. He was talking about coming down Friday evening.

I won't see you all at breakfast time but I do plan on bringing my appetite with me Saturday! OF course, I rarely leave home without it.

Whooo weeee   7:30 might be a little early for this old man to get up and going. Thanks for the invite,  I'll have breakfast before I get there, but I sure want to check out your kitchen addition to the RRII. I might be using it at Marshall next year... be good to see Oz and shoot a round with you two.....

Thanks for a great weekend.  I really enjoyed the course.  The shot setups were challenging.  I'm glad the rain didn't amount to much.  The trade blanket was a blast.  I'm trying to start a trade like that at a primitive shoot in Michigan.  I'm thankful that there are clubs like the ITBA keeping traditional archery alive and thriving.

Good luck to everyone this season.

Clint
